Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using NoColdStart. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to follow them.
Accounts and access
Use an email address you control, keep your sign-in credentials private, and provide profile information that is accurate enough for useful matching.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact support promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.
Products and contributions
You keep ownership of material you submit. You give the service permission to store, display, and use it to operate the service, show Product Pages and contribution records to their intended audiences, and improve the service.
Only upload product text, screenshots, logos, and other material you own or have permission to share. Do not submit confidential information, secrets, or personal data about someone else.
Distribution Credits and reputation
Distribution Credits are service points used to fund contribution campaigns. They are not money, cannot be cashed out, and have no guaranteed monetary value. Reputation is a separate trust signal and cannot be spent.
The service may correct ledger errors or restrict credits and accounts after documented abuse review. Credit and trust changes are recorded for audit.
Conduct and moderation
Do not mislead founders, copy feedback, fabricate product use, spam, harass people, manipulate visits, or abuse reporting and credit systems. See the Contribution Rules for task expectations.
You may report a product, contribution, or founder. Staff may review reports, reject low-quality contributions, suspend accounts, or remove content that violates these terms.
Service limits
The service provides matching, feedback workflows, tracking, and campaign mechanics. It does not guarantee customers, revenue, sales, product validation, positive feedback, conversions, or business success. Product and founder information is supplied by users and may be incomplete.
The service may change or be unavailable while it is maintained. These terms do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular business outcome.
Removing a Product Page or account
You can make a Product Page private from its editor. To request removal of a page, account, or material you cannot remove yourself, contact support. Ledger and moderation records may be retained where needed for accounting integrity, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
