Contribution Rules
NoColdStart works when founders give each other specific feedback based on real product use. Your conclusion can be positive, mixed, or negative.
Before you start
Read the task instructions and the product page. Open the product through the Visit Product link so the visit is recorded for campaign reporting.
Spend enough time to complete the task. If you submit faster than the suggested time, confirm that you still gave the product a thoughtful review.
Write what you observed
Describe what you tried, what happened, what was clear or confusing, and where you got stuck. Give examples that help the founder decide what to improve.
Be honest. You do not need to praise a product or say you would use it. A negative answer is useful when it is specific and respectful.
Do not
Do not invent a visit, copy another person’s feedback, use automated or repeated submissions, submit empty or unrelated answers, harass a founder, or include confidential information.
Do not earn a reward from your own product. Do not attempt to create visits or campaign results through bots or other artificial traffic.
Review and reports
Product owners may accept useful work, reject it with a quality reason, or ask staff to review it. Staff may also review community reports before a contribution can be accepted.
Use private reports for spam, misleading information, copied work, unsafe content, impersonation, or credit abuse. Include only context staff need to investigate.
