This policy describes the information the service uses to match founders, run campaigns, keep the service safe, and explain product traffic.
Information you provide
We store your email address, founder profile, product details and uploaded assets, contribution answers, campaign settings, credit ledger, reputation events, and reports you submit or receive.
Service and security data
The service uses a session cookie for sign-in and a session-scoped random token to group visits. Tracked visit records use a keyed pseudonymous hash; they do not store a raw visitor IP address or account ID.
Rate limits also use keyed hashes of request subjects. Application and hosting providers may keep their own operational logs according to their configuration.
How information is used
Profile and product details power matching. Contribution answers are shown to the relevant product owner and staff reviewers. Product owners receive aggregate visit counts, not a list identifying who browsed their pages.
We use account and event data for sign-in, verification and notification email, credit and reputation records, abuse reports, security limits, and service analytics.
Email and service providers
Verification and event notifications may be sent by email. The service stores data with its configured database, file storage, email, and hosting providers so it can operate.
Retention and requests
Account and product data is kept while needed to provide the service. Credit, reputation, and moderation audit records may remain after a page or account is restricted so prior actions stay consistent and abuse can be reviewed.

Cookies
The service uses necessary session cookies for authentication and session-scoped visit measurement. The current service does not use third-party advertising cookies.
